Huntington Beach Candidate Forum Oct. 7, 2010

campaign signsHave you noticed the signs popping up on street corners, fences and in bushes and shrubbery in Huntington Beach? As you leave nearby Seal Beach and enter HB, the signs are clear. Surf City candidates want your vote. If you want to get the scoop on what they propose for the city’s future, attend the candidate’s forum on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 and listen to what each of them has to say.

A candidate forum sponsored by the Huntington Beach League of Women Voters and the American Association of University Women invites the public to attend and hear what the local candidates have to say. All HB City Council candidates have been invited to participate and will be given time to introduce themselves, answer questions, and provide closing statements. For those who prefer to see it on TV, a broadcast will be shown after the event on HBTV3.

The event is being held at Central Library Theater in Central Library and starts at 7 p.m.
Location: 7111 Talbert Avenue., Huntington Beach, CA.
Contact: lpayne@surfcity-hb.org or (714) 536-5577.
