Seal Beach Concert Series Launches with Sligo Rags

The anticipated, annual summer concert series held on the beautiful grass lawn at Eisenhower Park overlooking Seal Beach Pier launched recently with popular Irish band, Sligo Rags. A tradition for Seal Beach residents and visitors from around the globe, the intimate event showcases what people love about Seal Beach–the beach and small town atmosphere that has disappeared in larger destinations.

Introduced by Seal Beach Chamber Presiden Seth Eaker, the event in 2010 features 10 bands playing on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. throughout the summer. The concert series is free admission and it is recommended that you bring your own lawn chairs and blankets, maybe a picnic basket, and get there early for seating.
